Today's workout:
Squats: 3x15x85
Leg Curls: 3x15x40
Bench press: 3x15x15e
Bent-over row: 3x15x 65
Shoulder Press: 3x15x15e
Calf raise: 3x15x15e
Bicep curl: 3x15x20
Tricep pushdown: 3x15x25
Squats: 2x15x65
Leg Curls: 2x15x30
Bench press: 2x15x15e
Bent-over row: 2x15x45
Shoulder Press: 2x15x10e
Calf raise: 2x15x15e
Bicep curl: 2x15x20
Tricep pushdown: 2x15x25
I was supposed to repeat the first round, but I couldn't bring myself to do all the sets.
I am going to be one sore mofo tomorrow morning.
And I also get to do that same workout AGAIN tomorrow. LUCKY ME.
