NROL Break in B4

Deadlift:
8 x 65 warmup
15 x 95
15 x 95

Alt Sets:
Step - up:
15 x 20's
15 x 20's

dumbbell one arm shoulder press:
15 x 20's
15 x 20's

Alt Sets:
Neg. Chin up (subbed for close grip lat pulldown)
2 x BW
2 x BW

reverse crunch:
20 x BW
20 x BW

Off to yet another food challenge, my 3 year old nephews birthday party. Eeek!
