CHECK YOUR SHOES. Not just your running shoes but your work shoes as well. I got the samething twice in the past couple of years and both times I found a pair of shoes that I had used past their prime. The first time it was work shoe and the second time was an old pair of running shoes that I was just using for lifting. When I changed out the shoes the pain quickly went away as well.
