WE made protein powder brownies the other day & they turned out ok. Not the greatest and I'm not sure I want to try them again.
Anyway, one of the ingredients was whipped cottage cheese - basically just cottage cheese whipped up in a blender. WHY have I never thought of this before?! It tastes like a combination of sour cream & cottage cheese.
Tonight I took some of that, mixed it with some fat free refried beans, and turned it into bean dip for my Tostitos Light (love those things, the chips with Olestra) as a snack.
Quite tasty, very low fat, high protein, and moderate carbs. Delish.
