I'm no one to say for sure, but I get the same pains sometimes when I run. I run 3 miles 4 times a week. At least once a week I get those pains around my 2 mile mark. I'm thinking it might be the shoes. I haven't been fitted for running shoes. I just picked out what I like. So, maybe, we are in the same boat. Maybe I'm wrong, but, I feel your pain. Seriously.
