UPDATE: I've been training for a solid month now. I started to regularly train since mid august. I've gotten my 3 mile time down to 22:31.
Dunno if anyone's going to read this thread, but as of late I've developed a pain in my heals. It surrounds my heals and goes half way down both sides of my foot. I get them the worst if I sit for anymore than 30 minutes or so and get up to walk. Once I start walking, it goes away within a minute or two. When I start my runs, it will hurt within the first 30 seconds and will usually dissipate within the next 6 minutes. Whats wrong with me?
