ZOINKS! Rough one, my motivation was lacking, I just powered through, especially on the one handed pull downs - all I kept thinking is I hate Monday workouts. (not really - I was just whining to myself) Yesterday on my "off" day I week wacked our yard and moved stuff around the yard. I suprised myself at my strength, stuff I normally beg Tony to move I just did it.
