Did a brick yesterday. Had no cramps or anything but did feel weird. Legs felt like they were barely getting off the ground but i was moving alittle faster than normal runs. Went the full distance on both bike and run. Time was about what I expected but hopefully will go faster on the day with the extra competition.
Felt a stitch coming on the whole way accross my chest (ie diaghram) but it went away without me really noticing it much.
Now the big goal is to get into the ocean for some ocean experience.
I've been using my old mountain bike and the bike is letting me down big time. Only just remembered yesterday that I could use my wife's hybrid. Not the perfect choice but much less friction from the tires.
