Today's Workout
Squats 3 x 10 @ 105
Incline DB Press 3 x 10 @ 25/e
Oly Push Press 3 x 10 @ 55#
Planks :45, :45, :45

This workout made me so weak today. I was shaking and so weak not alot a sweat but I know I was working hard.
