Hmmm interesting question! .. I definately havn't read about it, but an educated guess would be that if you are not eating over those two days, the body needs to get energy from somewhere, and the first choice from what i have read is fat stores on the body.. 2 days is not a long enough period for you to lose muscle mass.. Im not 100% on this tho..

Keep in mind mind your metabolism would slow down as well..

Im just kicking it off.. any1 got a more detailed explanation?
