OK. Let's forget the weight loss aspects. I hardly ever see an emphasis placed on training your most important muscle, your heart, among those advocating weight lifting. I'm "getting on" as my daughter likes to tell me and consider cardio more and more important. What's the optimum heart range in that instance?
