I am also running ~4 days a week and lifting 2 days. I stuck with NROLW, but scaled back to 2 days rather than the 3 I was doing before. I feel like I am handling it ok so far and I was able to increase mileage without feeling any aches and pains.
I read a thread a while back where Lisa~ provided a link to another Cosgrove plan called the Holiday Plan:
