its actually kind of a sour smell. i actually have started using the sweat wicking clothes when i work out. i didnt think of that as possible culprit. i will look into that. as for showering before working out. i shower twice per day. once in the morning before work and once after i work out. so never right before i exercise but earlier in the day. i hadn't thought of sport detergent. i will pick some up and see what happens.
as for body composition. it actually has changed a bit recently but not through steroids or anything. i have put on a lot more muscle than i thought i could in such a short time in the past few weeks. but could an increase in muscle cause a fluxuation in hormones and would that cause me to smell? i didnt even think of that. i never did any hypertrophy workouts before and i have done hyper and strength lifting for the past few weeks. so its new territory for me. anyway, thanks for all the tips i will do my best to trouble shoot this based on your advice.
