band pull over x 20 - 10 to each foot (right shoulder/left foot; left shoulder/right foot)
30 second front bridge
20 minutes in the sauna - lite stretching every few minutes
and a note on my diet - i woke up today under 260lbs. so i'm wicked happy about that
