nice, quick, hard workout

squats
10x45
10x135
8x225
5x295
3x315
3x315
2x315 * 2nd rep was HARD, so i didn't try to push a 3rd rep

pull ups
3x3

chest supported row
5x8x90lbs

SS w/
ab work - cycled through this twice:
band pull down x20 - 10 to each foot (right shoulder/left foot; left shoulder/right foot)
band pull over x 20 - 10 to each foot (right shoulder/left foot; left shoulder/right foot)
30 second front bridge

20 minutes in the sauna - lite stretching every few minutes


and a note on my diet - i woke up today under 260lbs. so i'm wicked happy about that
