With the swim. How far do you normally train for in a pool if doing 750m open ocean. I'm thinking doing 1000m straight should get me by. But what do you pro's do?
Transition from bike to run seems easy to me as i'll be using my mountain bike with normal pedels so no fancy shoe change. Just hop off bike and run.
The swim transition will involve me getting dry and dressed type thing.
I obviously don't know what I'm doing so any advice welcome.
