So today I walked nine holes of golf after I got up, then barely had time for a run before going to work.
ran 9min walk 1 min x5 (it was supposed to be x6 this week cause I was going to catch up to the rest of the group)

today's eats
fibre 1 bar, apple -on route to golfing
roast beef sandwich and poweraid - at golf course
1 scoop muscle milk- pwo
and ten cups of coffee so far at work.

I need to get logging my eating and trying some weights on my off running days.
This month I'm going to be swamped, but we're looking at going to Portugal at the end of Oct, and it would be nice to be below 200 and fit an old swimsuit.
