10 x 65 - yes I am aware of how wimpy this is. This movement - bending over/folding in half is what hurts my butt the most, so I went light.

And do some serious stretching for this strange butt/tail bone pain.
And since I am done with New Rules for Women, I did put together a little photo imagery of my befores and afters. I am working up the nerve to post it. Maybe in a couple days - I have been so inspired by everyone in the challenge and how brave for posting and for how encouraging everyone is for each other. That sentence did not make sense.
