Started Fat-Loss I on Saturday and instead of staying in my basement for a workout, made myself go to the gym...it actually made me realize how much I missed working out in a gym. I don't know why it makes such a difference but it definitely does...maybe it's that peer pressure factor

or that everything's so conveniently available. The only negative is that you can't really workout in your PJs...or maybe you can

Workout A (Saturday) 15 reps/3 sets/75 sec rest
Superset Squat/Seated row
Squat 45lb
Row 40lb
Superset Supine hip extension (BW, swiss ball)/Sumbell push press 10lb
Superset Rotational lunge (10lb each) /swiss ball crunch (20 reps)
Workout B (Sunday) 15 reps/3 sets/75 sec rest
Superset Deadlift 45lb/dumbell incline bench press 12# each
Superset Bulgarian split squat 12# medicine ball/Lat pulldown 40#
Superset romanian deadlift 40#/swiss ball crunch 20 reps
Both workouts felt quite challenging because of the higher rep thing and left me oh-so-sore today in just the right places
