just got back from a relatively quick workout at the park...didn't feel like it went quick at all though...man, am i sweating...
4x200ft sled drags:
200ft x 100lb forward sled drag - 20 sledge hammer tire hits, 10 each hand
200ft x 100lb backward sled drag - 20 sledge hammer tire hits, 10 each hand
200ft x 60lb forward sled drag - 20 sledge hammer tire hits, 10 each hand
200ft x 60lb backward sled drag - 20 sledge hammer tire hits, 10 each hand
1 minute rest after i finished hitting the tire with sledgehammer
2x10 squats with 40lb sandbag
20 tire hits with sledgehammer - 10 each hand
10 backward overhead throw with tire
20 tire hits with sledgehammer - 10 each hand
2x10 walking lunges with 40lb sandbag
20 tire hits with sledgehammer - 10 each hand
1 minute rest between each of those ^
then i laid on the grass for 5 minutes, caught some sun rays
