I'll be the first to admit that I don't do much with pork outside of big Hams and pork chops.

I was digging around in my freezer and came across 2 pkgs of "Ham Steak" and I really have no idea what to do with them. I've found a few recipes, but nothing that really looks worth the time to make it. Should I just fry em up and use them in a Ham n Cheese?

Anyone have ideas for me?
