Yeah, I'm not taking chromium picolinate, simply a brewer's yeast-derived chromium supplement since my multi does not contain chromium in the list of included minerals.

I thought this was strange, and looked into it a bit, checked around the web and such, and discovered that the Chromium in GNC's Mega-Men multivitamin is in the form of chromium picolinate, which is actually banned here in Canada , therefore dropped from the list of included minerals, so I supplement with the above mentioned chromium tablet to make up for this deficiency.

Of course, I also supplement with Whey protein, as well as fish oil caps and green tea extract.
