I have read 2 different opinions of when glutamine should be taken.

One is at the end of a lifting session, with your PWO.

The second is separately, without protein, as they compete for absorption.

I have tried a search through googles but all I get is "commercials", of whose facts I do not put a whole lot of weight to.

Does anybody know of any studies on when you should take glutamine.
