I've found a tri that I'm going to do. Its a sprint tri (not that it'll be a sprint for me) and is in 5 weeks time.
I'm writing up my own plan as the ones I saw had long prep times and I already have a decent starting base.
The race is about 2 hrs away so going to stay the night before.
Just excited and scared at the same time.
I'll undoubtedly have many questions so watch this space.
