Have to chime in on the "don't leave it at one ER visit"
When Mc was a toddler I was rear-ended by a drunk driver at 8:00 a.m. Luckily she was in a 5 point harness so she wasn't hurt and I didn't see it coming. The officer at the scene said that if I had seen it coming I would have broken both arms most likely. I'd had my new car for 2 days and the damage was enough to total it. Anyway--According to the xrays, nothing was wrong but I was in pain for weeks. I had horrible headaches from grinding my teeth at night. I did some PT and took pills when I wasn't working. What really helped was massage therapy. I was grinding my teeth because the muscles in my neck and upper back were so tense and massages really helped with the tension and the emotional stress. Don't dismiss your pain, I still can't carry a purse on my shoulder for longer than a grocery store trip or I pay for it with nasty pain.

You're insane, I'm not doing that. www.lisasfitnesslog.blogspot.com
