What really REALLY hurts it at the moment is deadlifts. But it just hurts all day no matter what at the moment. It also especially hurts when I abduct my right leg. The pain is most definitely coming from the right hip joint. I went for a 20 mile ride today, and the pain was exquisite as I flipped one leg over the bike to mount it. It also felt like I was not going to be able to ride, but a few hundred meters in I was warmed up pretty good and I wound up having a decent ride. Hip still hurt when I got off the bike.
