Step ups 2 x 15 @ (15,15) - I used a bigger step than usual, so I went lighter weight than last time
DB 1arm press 2 x 15 @ 20
close grip pull down 2 x 15 @60
reverse crunches 2 x 20

I did these after I jumped rope so my heart rate was up a little bit.
