it seems to me after being in these forums for a week...
that caloric expenditure isnt all that matters, because different levels of training, get energy from different rations of carbs, protein, and fats
however, i read a study on here sayiing high intensity burns more calories over the long run
but i dont remember what it said about burniing more "fat" in the long run
please help
