Just wanted to pop in and say HI and good luck on the challenge!
I was totally the same way about food for years. My husband tried to get me to eat healthy and I just wanted what I wanted, you know! I didn't like being hungry! After probably 3 years of him fighting with me I started to change, (because
I wanted to). He just wanted me to be healthy but I didn't see it that way. After I changed my lifestyle I still had bad days but they got fewer and far between. I can actually say now that I love my health food (seriously) and don't want junk anymore. It will get better just takes time. I love feeling healthy and full of energy (and strong). You will too! I hope I haven't rambled to much.
