DB 1arm press 2 x 15 (15, 20)
close grip pull down 2 x 15 (60,60)
reverse crunches 2 x 20
Lifted at lunch, and did kickboxing after work.

I'm taking off Saturday and Sunday this weekend. I was going to lift this morning, but I've been feeling very sluggish since yesterday. Recovery time.
