I am adding a goal to quit diet soda. I am going to try tapering down from 4 per day till I quit. Today I drank 3. That's a start.

so cool that you worked out in the parking lot! I've tried doing something like walking lunges while I walk my daughter around the neighborhood in her stroller, but I always just feel so self-conscious doing it. You're an inspiration!
