idk about you, but i could never take a week off from all exercise completely. i would probably do some HIIT maybe and then maybe some core work. i would probably then go on a nice long slow paced jog after this stuff to help the circulation. it's not anything major, just to get the blood flowing like the pitchers do. i'd probably still be throwing, maybe some easy long toss to keep the arm progressing but not before warming up at short distances and gradually working your way back.
i'd probably do the core/HITT stuff 2x a week. but, i'm no expert-that's just what i'd probably do in that situation.
