nawww, i definitely wanna run the sprints -gotta beat out 3 older kids just to get some varsity time this year-only one of them is a true 1st basemen-the other one plays 1st, 3rd, LF and pitchs and the other they're makin into a 1st baseman cause after pitching he can't throw from SS. so, any chance i get to prove myself, i need to take.

i'll answer the questions here just for fun

its the front of my shoulder that hurts during sprints-its like where the muscle or ligament that attached the arm, shoulder, and chest. it started happening at the end of basketball-we'd be running sideline to sideline for a LONG time and it'd start to hurt a lot. it was at the end of the season and about an hour after practice, i'd be fine. it never hurt during a game or during any ofther part of practice-just towards the end of sprints. i've been very blessed and lucky to have had no major injuries in my athletic careers-just a couple sprained ankles, knees, and foot, but no breaks or tears; the occasionaly muscle pull, etc. nothing major.

it doesn't hurt when lifting or during anything else besides sprints. yes i do sleep on that shoulder at night often. either that or on my back-i've never been able to sleep on my left shoulder cause i was always afraid or hurtin it for sports (used to play GK in soccer, bball, and baseball). nope, don't hurt when i'm carrying anything or when i lift.

today, we ran 6 90 yard sprints. sprint 90 yards, jog back, sprint, jog back, etc. did that 6 times. it didn't hurt until the last sprint and that was only a slight pain at the end.
