OK, here's my problem: whenever we run sprints in baseball practice, or after hard running, my right shoulder starts to hurt after a few or them. it's my non-throwing shoulder, so i have no clue what it is. it started hurting during basketball, but that was later in the season and never amounted to much. it happened again today, so i figure i'd ask here to see if any of you guys know. it's just starts to hurt, but only during running. after running, when we do our push-ups, it now longer hurts. any ideas what it is and what i can do for it?
also, come to think of it now, when we do our crunches, the ligament that seems like it connects the femur to the pelvis starts to tighten up. over a year and a half ago, i pull whatever it is playing soccer. the ball took a weird hop and i ended up kicking it off the very end of my foot. as some of you might know, when you kick a soccer ball, it's usually better to kick with the inside of the foot. my foot was open, as i was preparing to kick it downfield with the area near my big toe. anyway, it bounced weird, i kicked as hard as i could (was playin defense and had a guy open downfield), and i ended up kickin it with the tips of my toes. lets just say my foot usually don't bend that way
well, i immediately felt the ligament being pulled. my coach, luckily, was on the first aid squad, decided that it was probably a pulled ligament and told me to have it checked out at the emergency room. anyway, the doctor at the ER told me that it was a pulled ligament and told me to not play for a week, take gym, etc. over the past year and a half, i've felt myself tweak it every once in a while-nothing major, was able to move again fine after a minute or two. anyway, is there anything i can do for this?
thanks for any input guys
