A "typical" workout would be something like...
Day 1
c&j
clean pulls
fsquats
some form of pressing
Day 2
Snatch
Sn pulls
Back or OH squat
Pressing or Push Pressing
Then as one progresses pulls are typically removed are reduced in favor of more full lifts.
Day3
Snatch
C&J
Squat
RDL
Abs
