Warm-up - 5 minutes on spinner bike

A Squats - 2 x 15 @ 80

B1 Static Lunge - 2 x 15 @ 40
B2 2pt DB Row - 2 x 15 @ 15, 20

C1 Pushups - 2 x 20 (1 regular set, 1 renegade set)
C2 Ball Crunch - 2 x 20 w/ 10lb weight
