Olympic Lifting n00b question
Recently I was able to get a training session where I learned the basics of the clean and jerk. It was a very fun workout to be sure, and now I think I'd like to learn the basics of the snatch. To ensure a full body workout, what other exercises, if any would go with something like that? (Kind of a nebulous question I know, but I blame that on my ignorance of the field.)
