I hear ya'!!!! It is tough, and people judge. I think many are threatened because of exactly what you said - they think YOU are judging THEM since you don't think what they are eating is "good enough" for you... I don't have a good answer, just that I've been there too. In fact, we're having a work lunch today and I brought some food just in case it's not healthy or on-plan for me - but even working in wellness, I know people will comment if I don't just eat it
