Notes:
Only had time for 20 minutes of HIIT, intervals where not overly challenging. I will have to up the intensity. First time I have done HIIT, so didn't know where to start.
Screwed up when I wrote my goals down, I should have put "At least 20 minutes of HIIT" down for goal #3. Time is a limiting factor, so if any mods read this, can you change my post.
