Not much to say about today. Food was on. We made fajitas for dinner and had lots of veggies, chicken and no tortilla. I didn't miss it at all! I measured everything out on my food scale. I am learning more and more what a serving of each food is like each day. Best $30 I have spent in a long time! Well maybe my kick ass dress I wore to a recent wedding that I got tons of compliments on even from strangers. Little did they know how cheap it was. Score!
Today's workout:
Stage 7 Workout 4
I tried to go up in weights in each category. Most are not

1 x BW
1 x BW
Well going up in weight in each exercise really wore me out. I was pretty tired and sweaty afterwards.
Halp! I am a little nervous for tomorrow. For work we are going to a daytime baseball game and my boss always buys the food and drinks. Lets just say that there are NO good options. Well last time I was there I didn't care about what I ate, so I never really looked. I hate eating a crappy lunch. Just throws my whole day. I think I will eat my usual lunch before we go, but that will have to be at like 10:30. And I will most definitely get ridiculed by my co-workers if I eat beforehand. I think THAT is the worst part about it. How to explain to people who pretty much eat crap (i.e. pizza, Chipotle, Taco Bell, Wendy's) each day for lunch that I don't want to eat hot dogs, nachos, popcorn, brats etc for my lunch. I already get a hard time when I don't eat donuts or other treats people bring in. Too bad my co-workers aren't like all of you
Its a tough balance because I don't want them to act differently around me. People tend to assume you think you are better then them when you eat better then them or turn down donuts and junk like that in front of them. It is not the case at all, but how do you get them to realize that? And how do you get them to understand why I don't want a foot long hot dog, bun and chips meal deal? Why would anyone turn that down, right?
