So, if you didn't ignore your pain, how long does it take to get going in the morning?
Maybe a while. Usually i just ignored the discomfort feeling because i need to get to work since i live so far away from work. But if i don't try to ignore the pain, maybe it'll take me a while. It feels so stiff in the morning as if i don't have any joints in my spines.

And does finishing your workout make it worse or better?
After a core training consisting of plank, side plank, & birddog, it feels fine. I guess that's because the TA muscles are so tight that they kind of support the spines for a while. After a whole workout, i usually feel the regular discomfort.

Do you have a family history of joint pain or related diseases?
I really don't know about this one. I don't know any history about my family .
