Rob,
I don't know much personally of ISSA. I have hired trainers that were ISSA-certified and they seemed competent enough to build a clientèle. I know a few fellow trainers that are also ISSA-certified and they seem to be knowledgeable. What can you do with it? Hmmm...firstly, ask yourself: Why do you want 'a" certification? Do you want to pursue personal training as a career choice? If so, you can get a job in a company or work privately. The choice is yours depending on the amount of effort and commitment you put into this profession.
