Oh, I know a week off won't destroy all progress. And a week of not actually tracking so intensely should be good for me. Especially since there seems to be lots of eating out already happening this week. (Last night after BJJ...)
It's just that there isn't much "rest" available in my "rest" week

-- BJJ last night, BJJ tonight (2 classes!), company picnic tomorrow (okay, that's rest. And food.), MMA Thursday, Kickboxing Friday, BJJ Saturday morning, and Kickboxing Saturday night. And of course, work all week.

Mom's on week 1 of
RCR. She did Workout A1 two times through yesterday. Today she says her quads, hamstrings, and glutes are sore.
Now I've just got to get her to read the Nutrition section and/or
FLTS. (Pasta salad is not a meal, Mom.)
