Wasn't feeling so great after work yesterday. Some days my multi-vitamin makes me nauseous. So when I got home I wasn't feeling particularly pumped up for some cardio. But I hopped on my bike and decided to take a new route. It was fun! I ended up having tons of energy and the road I was on was a little hilly so it added an interval effect. Heart rate was high most of the way. I had planned on only 30 minutes but kind of randomed around some trails and went on an adventure and discovered some new trails/routes. So it ended up being close to an hour. My legs felt better. Still not 100%, but they are getting there.
Eats were great yesterday. I really wanted to have some broccoli for dinner last night - isn't that weird? I usually hate vegetables so it was a strange craving for me. But alas, we didn't have any so I had eggs instead.
Will do Workout 4 from Stage 7 tonight after work.
