Today's Workout
DB Swings 3 X 8 @ 40lbs
DeadLift 1 x 8 @ 120# 2 x 6 @ 125#
Pulldown 3 x 6 @ 100#
OH Push Press 3 x 8 @ 20#/e
Prone Cobras 3 x 1:00

I lowered my weight on my OH press I think my pulldowns being so heavy takes away on my shoulder strength. My shoulders are pretty sore and burning lately during these - so I am thinking of the decrease as an injury prevention.
