Break In - Workout A2
Warm-up - 10 minutes jump rope
A Squats - 2 x 15 @ 65,75
B1 Static Lunge - 2 x 15 @ 35,40
B2 2pt DB Row - 2 x 15 @ 15
C1 Pushups - 2 x 20
C2 Ball Crunch - 2 x 20 w/ 12 lb med ball
Followed by 1hour of kickboxing.
