Good job! Is the weight you're listing the total weigh or per dumbbell? Because if you're shoulder pressing 30lb dbs you are my freaking hero. But either way, that sounds like a great workout. I am still dealing with mad DOMS from my first Stage 7 two days ago.
And listen, do not worry about that 3 pounds. I fluctuate that much in a week just from water retention etc. You know you didn't just magically gain 3 pounds of fat so don't stress about it.
