Recalculation of Proteins/Carbs/Fats
2000-2200 calories per day
Protein 500-550 Calories 125-150 grams (25%)
Fat 750-825 Calories 83-91 grams (37.5%)
Carb 750-825 Calories 187-206 grams (37.5%)
I'm going to try to adjust to these guidelines.
I've been hitting Protein and Fat on the nose, but I'm closer to 230-260 grams of carbohydrates.
