I've been too busy to blog. Worked out Monday, increased the weights by 5 lbs at least in most sets. According to the scale, lost another 1.5 lb this week. Woohhhoo. I'm in quite a better frame of mind when it comes to the end of my relationship. Been hitting the gym and bike as much as I can. And I do have a date this friday with a guy that's been asking me out for a year, so I've pretty pumped for that. Thanks for the support.
