2 slices canadian bacon
whole wheat english muffin
strawberries
americano w/skim

Snack
pineapple
2% cottage cheese

Lunch
salad w/turkey, whole wheat couscous, cucumber, tomato, yellow bell pepper, cilantro, feta w/lemon juice and olive oil

Dinner
pork tenderloin (roasted)
cabbage slaw w/red bell pepper, red onion, cilantro w/lemon juice and olive oil
