Default Websites for small/independent trainers?

Hello everyone, my first post here. I have read a lot of interesting information about training businesses and tried out the search on a few things with great success.

I am working toward starting a personal training business (not associated with a gym -- mostly private 1 on 1) and I would like to have some kind of a basic presence on the internet, a website of my own. I am not that savvy and I don't think I want to really get into the details of programming my own site. I want it to potentially help advertise if people can find me in a search, but I am also interested in these kinds of features:

* Customize the way it looks (to put my business name on it)
* Allow my clients to "log in" to their own profiles, and potentially track stuff like a journal, post photos, etc.
* Post information about myself, my certs, my philosophies
* Post articles or links to news or information (like a blog)
* Show basic information about hours, scheduling, rates, etc.

Do you guys have any recommendations for websites that I should check out? I know there are a lot of garbage "free directory" type sites, but I'm looking for something in between that and the bigger, more expensive health club management type software. In my searches I have not come across anything that seems like the right fit for me.
